What if I Don't Want the COVID-19 Vaccine?
I've never considered myself an 'anti-vaccer' (what a terrible word), so I'm at an interesting point in life trying to defend my reasons for not wanting the COVID-19 vaccine. The first reaction I get is 'Are you an anti-vaccer?' To which I state, no but if I was, isn't that my right? My right to refuse something that will be injected into my body? Don't get me wrong, I do have my kids vaccinated since they were babies, with tried and true vaccines that have protected us for decades from known diseases. The only reason I have for not wanting the current vaccine is to simply take a 'wait and see' approach. I can't put it any better than the article posted here. Please read to understand and empathize with those in the same boat as me, rather than sitting on the proverbial high horse.
